Warm floor and acoustic insulation in a single package
The Enerline® underfloor heating system combines a warm floor with the attenuation of footsteps. The insulation also functions as a thermal break between the bottom structures and the surface material. The floor is easy to install owing to the advanced solution. The height of the structure depends on the insulation and surface material used.

Pur-Therm insulation panels
Pur-Therm panels are made of polyurethane, a material with excellent insulation properties. The load-bearing capacity and heat insulation of the panels are unrivalled. Foil coating improves wear resistance.
The structure height when using the insulation boards is only 60mm and the material attenuates footsteps considerably. If necessary, additional thermal or acoustic insulation can be installed under the panels.

CAPRICORN INSULATION SHEETS AND ROLLS
CapriTherm panels are made of polyurethane, a material with excellent insulation properties. Foil coating improves wear resistance. The structure height when using the insulation boards is only 60mm and the material attenuates footsteps considerably. The Capri Aluplate system consists of an aluminium heat emission plate grooved for two 16mm heating pipes and a 100mm EPS insulation sheet. Use of the Capri Aluplate system speeds up installation works. Capri Aluplate system size is 100x40x20cm and insulation material EPS 100.

Turbo-Cube roll insulation panels
Turbo-Cube insulation panels constitute an insulation solution developed for use with underfloor heating. The insulation material is characterised by good footstep noise attenuation and easy and quick installation. The material also functions as a thermal break, for example, between hollow-core slab and surface slab.
Owing to the strong surface structure of the insulation, the pipes are firmly attached to the insulation by means of specially developed U-fasteners.

Optimal II insulation system
The OPTIMAL II system consists of Systemplatte panels made of expanded polystyrene and pre-grooved at the factory and aluminium or galvanized heat emission plates installed on top of them. If necessary, additional thermal or acoustic insulation can be installed under the Systemplatte panel. The heat emission plates of the OPTIMAL II system are grooved for 16 x 2.0mm heating pipes and the installation spacing can be either 125mm or 250mm.
After underfloor heating installation, the heat emission plates and heating pipes are protected with protective film. The structure may include pumpable filler or plasterboard, for example, on top of which the desired flooring material can be installed. With Optimal insulation panels, it is thus possible to implement a floor with water-based underfloor heating easily and inexpensively, completely without casting.
